About Us Personalized Learning for Every Student New Bloom High School, located in Kothaguda, Kondapur, Serilingampally in Rangareddy District, Telangana, was established on June 17, 1997, with an initial student strength of just 157. The school began as a humble educational institution, providing a nurturing environment for students from the Play Group level all the way through to the Secondary School Certificate (SSC). The founders of New Bloom High School aimed to create a learning space that fostered both academic excellence and holistic development.
